A woman seen in a viral video assaulting a man has been arrested by the Inspector-General of Police‘s Special Cyber Vetting and Enforcement Team.
According to a police brief, the suspect, Esther Nana Afia Sarfowaa, was picked up at Subriso in the Ahafo Ano North Constituency of the Ashanti Region.
A second suspect, Stephen Ofori, was also arrested at Nkawie, also in the Ashanti Region, for his alleged role in the incident.

Both suspects are currently in police custody as officers intensify efforts to track down three other individuals who are on the run.
The Ghana Police Service has assured the public of its commitment to ensure that all persons involved are brought to justice.
