The Redemption Temple Assemblies of God marked its 25th anniversary in Ashaiman with the dedication of a school building, a library, and a mission house, reinforcing its commitment to education and spiritual growth in the communities it serves.
Reverend Michael Kwesi Dei, Head Pastor of Redemption Temple Assemblies of God and District Pastor of the Ashaiman East Assembly, recounted the church‘s journey since its founding on July 15, 2000.
He highlighted the school’s growth, now serving 400 students with a staff of 20, and said the dedication of the school block and library reflects the church’s mission to train young people in Christian values.

Rev Dei also acknowledged the challenges the church had overcome, expressing gratitude to God, church members, missionaries, and stakeholders.
Rev Dr Yong Kim, a Korean missionary, emphasised that the establishment of a Korean library aims to inspire students to read more and support quality education.
He noted that the church’s presence and biblical teachings have positively shaped the lives of many Ghanaians and encouraged other churches to continue providing Christian guidance to nurture future generations.
Mr William Ofosu Asante, the 2024 Kpone-Katamanso parliamentary candidate for the New Patriotic Party, urged Christians to live meaningful lives to receive God’s blessings.
He encouraged believers to remain committed to serving God, to trust in love, worship faithfully, and avoid malice and wrongdoing.
Chief Superintendent Tony Adepa from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service Headquarters called on Christians to pray earnestly for the church and the nation, while admonishing youth to refrain from criminal activities, warning that the law would hold offenders accountable.
