The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) has released an important notice to all 2025 WASSCE applicants, outlining procedures for both existing and prospective candidates as the institution prepares to close its admission portal on Friday, 12th December 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
According to the notice signed by Anthony Afeadie, Director of Academic Affairs, WASSCE candidates who have already applied are required to log into the UPSA admission portal to verify their personal and examination details.
Qualified applicants will receive SMS notifications, while those who do not receive a message are advised to check their admission status using their 15-digit Online Serial Number (OSN) to download their admission letters.

UPSA also reminded prospective applicants that admissions into its undergraduate and diploma programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year remain open. Interested candidates may purchase the e-voucher from Access Bank, Ecobank, the Post Office, or by dialing the USSD code *887*9#.
The University further directed applicants with a D7 in any core subject to convert their degree applications to diploma programmes by returning to step three of the online form and selecting a new programme.
The notice has been circulated on the University’s website and copied to the Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Faculty Deans, and Heads of Department.
