She encouraged the bank to leverage technological advancements and strengthen digital services, including Ghana Pay Agency and internet banking, to improve customer experience. Mrs Boateng also urged shareholders to reinvest dividends and increase their capital contributions to further enhance the bank’s capital base.

Mr Franklin Adjei Tanor, President of the Bono-Ahafo Chapter of the Association of Rural Banks, called on customers to repay loans promptly and invest more in shares to support the bank’s growth.

Earlier, Board Chairman Professor Emmanuel Opoku Marfo commended staff, management, and shareholders for their loyalty and pledged continued commitment to excellent banking services.
