ARP Apex Bank PLC has commended the Board and Management of Nsoatreman Rural Bank for an impressive 2024 fiscal performance. Mrs Susan Boateng, Regional Manager of the Brong-Ahafo Chapter of ARP Apex Bank, highlighted the bank’s achievements during the institution’s 35th Annual General Meeting at Nsoatre in the Sunyani West Municipality.
Mrs Boateng praised the bank for meeting all performance indicators, noting a significant growth in profit before tax from GHC1.5 million in 2023 to GHC3.3 million in 2024.
She also lauded the bank’s recovery from negative retained earnings of about GHC39,879 in 2023 to over GHC1.7 million in 2024, emphasising its resilience against economic shocks.

She encouraged the bank to leverage technological advancements and strengthen digital services, including Ghana Pay Agency and internet banking, to improve customer experience. Mrs Boateng also urged shareholders to reinvest dividends and increase their capital contributions to further enhance the bank’s capital base.
Mr Franklin Adjei Tanor, President of the Bono-Ahafo Chapter of the Association of Rural Banks, called on customers to repay loans promptly and invest more in shares to support the bank’s growth.
Earlier, Board Chairman Professor Emmanuel Opoku Marfo commended staff, management, and shareholders for their loyalty and pledged continued commitment to excellent banking services.
