The Ministry of Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry has expressed profound condolences following the passing of Madam Juliana Adjua Mensah Dzokoto, the President of the Ghana National Tomato Traders and Transporters Association.
Hon. Lawyer Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, Member of Parliament and Minister for Trade, received a delegation from Madam Dzokoto’s family to be formally notified of her death and the upcoming funeral arrangements.
In a statement, Hon. Ofosu-Adjare paid tribute to Madam Dzokoto’s remarkable legacy as a tireless advocate for tomato traders across the country.

She acknowledged Madam Dzokoto’s pivotal role in organizing and empowering traders, ensuring that the tomato trade in Ghana remained vibrant and well-coordinated.
