Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, met with the Police Management Board (POMAB), former Inspectors-General of Police (IGPs), and 25 Regional Police Commanders from across the country at the National Police Headquarters.

Both the Inspector-General of Police and the Deputy Minister expressed appreciation for the Asantehene’s mediation efforts, describing him as a unifying figure whose role continues to boost the morale of personnel of the Ghana Police Service.
