The Ghana High Commission in the United Kingdom has announced a special passport enrolment exercise for Ghanaians living in Leeds and surrounding areas, as part of efforts to improve access to passport services for the Ghanaian community across the UK.
The exercise is scheduled for Saturday, 14th February 2026, and will begin at 7:00 a.m. at The Apostles’ Continuation Church International, located at the St. Peters Community Centre, Disraeli Gardens, Leeds, LS11 6NR.
According to the High Commission, applicants are required to complete their passport applications online ahead of time using the dedicated open portal created specifically for the Leeds exercise.

Applicants are also expected to arrive at the venue with all required original documents as well as printed copies of their application forms.
The Mission has advised applicants to book their enrolment slots through the online portal before attending the exercise to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
The High Commission says the initiative forms part of its ongoing commitment to decentralise passport services, reduce inconvenience, and bring essential consular services closer to Ghanaians living outside London.
