The Ministry of the Interior has announced the commencement of Phase II of the 2025/26 recruitment exercise into Ghana‘s internal security agencies through the Centralized Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP).
Applicants who successfully passed Phase I are invited for documentation and body inspection starting 12th January 2026 until 4th February 2026. The exercise will proceed in the following order: Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Immigration Service.
At this stage, only police service applicants are being scheduled, with updates for the other services expected after 15th January 2026.

Applicants will receive SMS notifications specifying their exact date, time, and screening centre.
They can also log into the C-SERP portal to confirm details and their scheduled group,morning (report by 7:00 a.m.) or noon (report by 12:00 noon). Failure to adhere to the schedule may result in disqualification.
Applicants are required to bring original and photocopies of the following documents: application summary report, biometric birth certificate, Ghana Card, JHS certificate, two passport-sized photographs, and all other relevant educational certificates.
The Ministry urges all qualified applicants to comply fully with the instructions to ensure a smooth and successful screening process.
