The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced Friday, 12th December 2025, as the final deadline for all National Service Personnel (NSP) to complete the ongoing Regional Validation Exercise.
In a statement issued from its headquarters, the Authority urged all personnel who have not yet undergone the process to do so within the stipulated period.
The statement, signed by Director-General Ruth Dela Seddoh, expressed appreciation for the cooperation of personnel and reaffirmed the Authority’s commitment to ensuring an efficient and transparent service year for all.

The validation, described as a mandatory requirement, confirms an individual’s active service status and enables the smooth processing of service-related benefits and administrative procedures.
The NSA advised NSP to book appointments and report to the designated validation centers as soon as possible. It cautioned that failure to comply by the deadline will lead to forfeiture of one’s status as a National Service Personnel.
