The fourth edition of the Transport, Haulage and Road Safety (THROSA) Conference and Exhibition is set to convene key stakeholders from across Ghana‘s transport and logistics sectors to deliberate on climate action, infrastructure financing, technology, and public safety.
Scheduled for November 18–19, 2025, at the National Theatre in Accra, the two-day event aims to foster collaboration and drive innovation in the nation’s transport ecosystem.
Organisers say this year’s edition targets a 15% annual reduction in road crashes and pedestrian fatalities, while deepening policy dialogue across multiple sectors. A highlight of the event will be a two-day blood donation campaign to support victims of road accidents.

The conference will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, and workshops, all centred on building a multi-modal transport system that integrates road, rail, aviation, sea, and river networks to boost economic growth and sustainability.
Among the innovations on the agenda are plans to introduce a Sky Train system in urban areas and enhance river transport connectivity, measures expected to improve safety, reduce congestion, and cut carbon emissions.
Held under the theme, “Driving the Future Through Sustainable Connections: Integrating Road, Rail, Aviation, Sea and River Transport for Climate Action – A Call to Action by Stakeholders,” the THROSA 2025 Conference promises to be a pivotal platform for shaping Ghana’s transport future through sustainability and safety.
